We held a detailed assessment interview with each leader, took references from peers and reports, and used assessment surveys and Hogan psychometrics, alongside a review of the executive team. Each leader was debriefed before reports were submitted, and co-developed a personal development plan.
This led to an agreed plan for development and C-suite hiring after completion. The company has continued to scale quickly, and the leaders’ roles have evolved in line with our recommendations.
