We carried out two diagnostic reviews and made recommendations on communication, leadership, L&D, onboarding, recruitment, wellbeing and international expansion, delivered through employee-led workstreams.
Quantexa kept consistently 5-star Glassdoor scores, spent less on recruitment agencies and completed further funding rounds, and its culture carried into the new US offices. Quantexa reached unicorn status in 2023.
